This is the main reason why death penalty is wrong. It overlooks the fact that during a trial, the fate of a human being is at stake. Even if one committed the most felonious deed, they were still human beings while doing so.

I have an awesome idea! Lets send all our criminals to Mars where they work under the name of the government and help start a livable enviroment there. Give them some stuff to get started too. Then we can just ship all our criminals there and have none here while still being in control of them! Its totally not like they would end up forming their own nation and breaking away from our rule or anything.

Really, I'm sorta of for the death penalty. If you think of it this way, the lower classes will commit crimes to go to jail. We talked about this in social studies.

I say if it is death penalty, send them into war with no training :o. Then, they can't get back and might commit crimes in an enemy country, lol.
