Author Topic: Fable 1  (Read 630 times)

Well. I'm thinking about buying it or not. I played Fable 2 about three times and I'd really like to know/play the story of Fable 1.
Is it actually worth if I already just played the second part of it? I'm looking forward to Fable 3 so I think I should just get it.

How did you like the first part? Is it harder to controll than Fable 2? Is the story addictive at all or just plain booring?

Go on, tell me your stories.

My cousin has fable 1, the story doesn't really link up to fable 2 because of the fact it's like 200-500 years later and all heroes are forgotten, the heroes guild doesn't exist. Your sister dies in fable 1 and 2. I got on the 360 Fable 2 Episode 1 and 2, and the gameplay is pretty different from fable one but it is fun. I think I like fable 1 better. The graphics aren't as great, but it's an xbox game, and a kinda old one at that.

I say you should get it.

If you choose to buy I would suggest buying The Lost Chapters. I myself have not played it but only because I already had fable before it came out.

Yes. That for shure, it adds two or three quests to the main story and about ten other quests.

I also know that the stories don't really have to do something with each other, but the land does and thats what I actually want to explore there :D

Honestly, when I first went into the cursed snowglobe in Fable 2 I knew right away I was in "Oakvale". I knew it was Oakvale because it said it in one of the loading tips.

I never noticed that :O
