EDIT: A couple other ones that are decent are Civilization Revolution, Etrian Odyssey 1 and 2, N+, Worms, Cooking Mama (Minigames, hell yes.), Fire Emblem, and Moon (I don't like it, though it seems decent).

It's a puzzle game that you can mindforget into being solved.

I played it and it's booring. It's actually just always a quest you can solve within 20 seconds in a small map that has probably 2x the size of your DS screen.

I never really found it challenging until the last 2 worlds. Overall, nothing and death won each level for me.

i once fell asleep playing scribblenauts

super mario 64ds - its mosrtly the same as the n64 version but with some new stars and areas added and you can play as yoshi, luigi and wario

flower sun and rain - this is a port of a ps2 game created by suda51 who made killer7 and no more heroes

peggle dual shot - its a port of the pc version of the game and also includes peggle nights

tetris ds - fun tetris remake with added game modes in the style of mario, metroid, donkey kong arcade and yoshis cookie

the legendary starfy - fun platformer which i havent really played alot

skate it - this actually works well with the touch screen

mario and luigi partners in time/bowsers inside story - i havent played much of these but they are very similar to paper mario

If you didn't play the DS and GC versions yet, try out the Wii version. It's awesome and has great online functionality.
