This is with just my arms crossed.



I don't lift weights or do any kind of exercise.
I help my dad build stuff occasionally(My family renovated a crappy house that was robbed twice by crackheads, and I had these 50 pound boxes of tiles to re-tile the kitchen.
then I had to carry some bricks into my backyard to help build a fence.
and my arms look exactly like yours.

I'm around 5'4" and I weigh between 70 and 77 pounds.

Height: 6'1"
Weight: Eh, last time I weighed myself, which was around two weeks ago, I was... 190? Something like that. I'm burly yet strong, most of that weight is muscle.
is thar a way to get stronger without gym equipment?

For my size, I am easily pound-for-pound stronger than many of my friends.  I have blonde hair, but its kinda short, so darker.  I have been told to have icy blue eyes, and some people are disturbed when I look straight at them.  White/tan skin, and unfat.  I also have minor chin acne, and a fat entrepreneur le on my cheek, but I just popped it.

is thar a way to get stronger without gym equipment?

Well, I've done stuffloads of summer jobs with my dad; he's a general contractor, so I lift heavy things very frequently on the jobsite. If your dad isn't a general contractor however, you don't necessarily have to go to the gym to become stronger. Just eat healthy, exercise at least three times a week for at least a half hour, if not more, and, my personal favorite, push-ups and sit-ups.
Push-ups = increase bicep/pectoral/back strength.
Sit-ups = increase abdominal/back/core strength. For legs, you can do a whole lot; run, hike, bike, climb up and down stairs repeatedly (sounds tedious but it really works).

Oh, and I swim a lot. Swimming is extremely good strength training, and it's pretty fun, especially if you go with friends.
