I find it hard to see what people don't understand about one of the rules in my server.

All bans are permanent and final. We can't help it if you're an idiot.

Somehow everyone ignores this rule and goes ahead and whines to me on IRC begging to be unbanned from my server.

Among one of them is Jcat21 and his other names, seen here. (ID 16390)
Let me grab a few special highlights.
