Listen up. I hereby request that the Blockintosh name be removed from your clan as soon as possible.

I was talking with Straton today, he is fine with the idea of bringing BiT back. You also must remember that I bought, and still have, a $60 copyright on the name "Blockintosh" or "BiT". (Canadian dollars).

So unless you want to pay $60 upfront for the name, I surely think that you should slap that name off of your OP, Jake.

EDIT: Also, for people who still think I left Blockintosh a while ago for no reason,

1. I began having panic attacks.
2. My computer's RAM failed so I could no longer contact anyone on Blockland.
3. I was unable to play video games without mass amounts of stress for no odd reason.

Now,

1. I can control the panic attacks. The last attack I had was in April of 2009.
2. My computer is running fine again with only 2gb of ram instead of 4.
3. I can play as much games as I possibly want now.

Second, both Straton and Mage need to agree to this before I'd even consider it.
Third, I'm only going to consider it if I can make it a clean cut from AoB.

Those were the conditions you and I agreed to a few days ago, and I have no intention on turning it over until they are satisfied.
I don't know why you'd waste your money on actually copyrighting a name for a blockland clan, but I'd love to see you find someone that gives enough of a stuff to act on it, seeing as I'm violating no real law, so have fun looking. Our conditions stand.

Fine by me, but just saying, I want my clan back. And I'm pretty sure other people want it to be indipendant as well.

Straton told me himself that it was silly, the fact that you somehow want to keep a clan that I created from my own hands.

Not as much of a building clan as it once was.
We have a large focus on eventing now, probably about 50/50.
We had a small eventing branch before I got BiT, which really made the eventing side grow a lot.

BUTT, that does not mean BiT ends. That means Straton becomes the CEO of BiT and he has to find a new Co-leader.

Keep in mind this may not take place until way later in the fall.

I understand you're upset about it, but the reason I want approval
from them and don't give a stuff about your demands is because the
only reason I took BiT in the first place was because Straton and Mage
didn't want it to fall back in your hands. I don't know you too well myself,
but I'm starting to see why they might have thought it was better that
way. I'm not keeping BiT for the publicity of it. If they both give me the
okay, then we can make arrangements, but this is why I want them both
to talk to me first. I'm sorry if it inconveniences you.
