The only reason the event quota is so high is the way default events forced me to set it up. I could kill one, two, three memory cells, but every time I kill even one, its protection is cut by a factor of ten.
If I have seven memory cells with a decimal digit each, then there's a ten million to one chance you will get it right the first time.
If I have one memory cell, there's a ten to one chance you will get it right the first time.
I can have four, which gives you a ten thousand to one chance of success.
Basically, the question becomes protection over events/events over protection.
