Anyways, for those of you who are just dying to know how I made those vector image like splooshies.
Step one: Make custom circle brush that's real big.
Step two: Make a dot
Step three: Get your eraser to the equal size of the dot, and erase all but an arc of the circle
Step four: Erase half of the arc
Step fire: Get a circle thats diameter is the exact size of the blunt end of the half-arc you just made
Step six: Draw the circle in the perfect place to round of your half-arc
Step seven: Be happy c:
