If I am not mistaken then if you load a save from a different server, and the bricks have Tezuni's BLID then doesn't that make this argument void? How could Tezuni change the BLIDs in the save while it was in either your or Cucumberdude's computer. Wouldn't that make it Tezuni's build?

Easy to change ownwership. Save their build, host it, don't load the ownership. Simple as that.
