Bullettime

I was at a server yesterday, and I found a weapon called Bullettime. When you look at it, it looks like a normal gun, but when you shoot with it, the bullet flies through the air very slow. It is even possible that you could kill yourself by shooting and then run in front of the bullet. Could anyone say where you can find this weapon? I really need it.

I think he's just referring to a gun with an unnecessarily low velocity on the projectile.

Understandably. It takes no knowledge whatsoever to make it, and even so, it's pretty useless.

if you slow down the timescale to 0.2 then you slow everything down INCLUDING YOU!!!!
i dont think you would get any time to get infront of the bullet when you very slow.
try it yourself see what happens.
YOU WILL FAIL.

Bullet time slows everything down, including you, but when a weapon is fired the projectile moves slowly. Since it moves slowly, you have the time to react to the projectile and move outta the way.
