The logo isn't small, its just that i want PhotoBucket. Cause it won't show the full image. Plus, the spark in the background, isn't that the sign of Saradomin from Runescape or something?

And no it isn't, in the OP the logo has a spark in it, I wanted to keep it close to that so I used this. In flash, sparkles/Glare things are easier to make because of the layering.
