Age restrictions are stupid and mostly suggestive.
Many 12 year olds can see the difference between reality and game, so why shouldn't he be able to play that game?

Nah, I'm 14. I built my own computer, and here are the specs:
Core 2 quad 2.83 ghz
4GB DDR2 800 RAM
ATI HD Radeon 4830
1 TB hdd
and a lot of fun...
So, yeah...
