i no how to do font on bl forums and color and stuff... but not on bl

pl help... :cookie: :cookieMonster: :panda: :iceCream: :nes:plz help before i eat myself

Put <color:HEXCODE> at the beginning of the welcome message, replace 'HEXCODE' with any of the 'Hex triplet' codes here
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_colors

For example <color:#0000FF>

As for font, i don't know how to do that

To do colors just put <color:00FF00> then a word after that. Ex: <color00FFFF> Hi %1! Welcome!

I will post more colors soon and there names because I'm doing this from my phone and the list w/ the names and colors on it is at my house.:3

P.S.: This also works with events.

1. Type \colortest if you have RTB and it gives you a bunch of colored numbers. Type \c0 for red and so on.
2. %1 is just as you said, it is replaced by the clients name. For example: My name is Orthone; If I had the message \c2Welcome to Blockland %1! Then it would say 'Welcome to Blockland Orthone!'

As for fonts, whether it be events or a welcome message, Blockland can use any font installed on your computer. If you use a font that is not installed on another person's computer, however, they will not be able to see it, and it will default to Times New Roman in their view.
But, on to the good stuff. To display a font, type the following:

<font:ExampleFont size:#>

For instance, you could replace "Example Font" with "Impact" (without the quotes, of course), and replace the "#" with "15". It would look like this:

<font:Impact size:15>

And you would see this:

This is an example.

Add some color to that, play around with the fonts, and you've got yourself a very nice-looking welcome message.

I thought it was a select list in blockland/cbase/client/ui/cache

<font:Impact size:15>

You do not need to do this.
You can just say <font:impact:15>
