I usually get both, but its hard to control. :o
I can control it. :D

No matter how hard I try, I always see her spinning counter-clockwise.

Holy stuff I did it, I started spacing out like I do when I go into deep thought and I noticed she was spinning the other way. MIND forget.

I make my mind realize how it is possible for her to be spinning the other way as well.

I make my mind realize she is not spinning or turning at all, but going:

<---
--->
<----
and so on.

It gets easy to manipulate if you already tried many times. Also, the shadow of the feet.

This isn't "right vs left brain", we went over this in psychology. It's just an optical illusion, you can make it "spin" however you want.
Protip: It's not 3D, it's a silhouette, a flat image.

Is it bad if its shaking really fast for me?

Yes. Go to nearest mental hospital immediately!

Your gonna die.

It was going clockwise on my first look. Stared at the reflection, I perceived it as counter-clockwise all the way. Turned my focus away, it seem to turn the other way.
Thought I swear I thought I saw the image change.

EDIT: Confirmed. The image reverses after a while. Pay attention to the face direction and whether she turns hair first or face first.

Both.
I'm also left-handed so that might be why.

I started thinking of a math probelm and she turns. I also thought about a horrifying thought and she turns counter-clockwise. Thought of MGS and CQC and she turns clockwise.

It seems to work more when you observe details from an object, I've observed my 360 controller and she alternates.
