I finally got it by making a parasite that has no symptoms and spreads through water and insects after launching in greenland.

The entire world is now infected and I have added fatigue, depression, insanity, and dementia to the effects.
Basically the parasite makes you so sad you kill yourself. Or something. I dunno.
Its working. Greenland just went out and all hospitals are now closed so it looks like I am going to win this one :D
