Protip: don't make it all leathal and stuff right away, make it have the highest transmission rate possible first to make sure it gets everywhere, then kill them all by sticking kidney failure or something on it. :D

But seriously, take ladios' advice, don't make it lethal right away. Wait until it's spread to at least almost every area if not every area, then bring on the hurt.

My disease wouldn't kill people for the longest freaking time. It took like 200 years before the thing infected the last person on earth then someone died and i had like 3 different deadly traits too.
