Questions about AoT.

Ok. I've just started playing AoT. It's pretty awesome. But, I do have a few questions, here they are:
1. I've seen people like flying around with a rope and hook thingy. Where can I get this? :o
2a. Is there like a map somewhere? (I can't find the swamp :3)
-2b. If there isn't some sort of map, can someone tell me where the swamp is? I heard it had teh monies...

1. That would be the hook, you can find it in lvl 1 in the forest.  (ask ingame people for help, sometimes its hard to find).

2. You can find a map here: http://forum.blockland.us/index.php?topic=5222.0 however I doubt there's one in the game, As you can see the swamp is directly east from the port.

The Silver Hook is in Lvl 1. Most people have the Golden Hook, that's in the log challange.
