New steam account

Well couple of months ago, my steam account got hacked due to my stupidity of buying some guys joke,
and soon found my self in the stuff end. I haven't been able to get steam to help me for a strange reason. (Im not going to explain cuz I dont want people telling me stuff like "That is sooooo easy to get past" and all that kinda stuff)
So, I made myself a new account, Im still trying a way to get my games back (Garry's Mod 10, Half-life 2 Lost coast, Half-life 2 Deathmatch, and Portal) so if anyone could possibly be kind enough to at least gift me portal, and garry'smod back, that would be great, till' then, im still on the run for my games. The new name is Mattise98. Wish me luck, you tangerines.

They dont do stuff for me at all, I keep getting the same thing, saying "We are having difficulties with your problem, try later"

Hey, you dont have to believe me, I just like to tell people my problems sometimes. And as usual people are going to choose that im lying. I'll try to get my ass in gear and find some proof for ya all.

Cheapest game that is not DLC is "Star Wars Jedi Knight: Mysteries of the Sith". I reccomend buying this so you can add friends, thus letting me be able to gift you stuff.
