I've been working on a mounted gun based on a m249 saw, but Im having a few issues on how to finish the model up.

1) I can't create a nice looking stock/handle.
2) I still need to work on what kind of a base I want it to have.

Looked like ass.

Probably because the gun is on the base wrong. It needs to have triangular stems, and the gun is on a pivot point rather than the legs stuck on the weapon. That, and the weapons center of gravity should be on the axis. Your gun looks too short and fat to work.

That could be easy. Just get the minigun model, add some sort of stand to it, spawn it on a vehicle spawn, and make it like the Cannon: It only pivots.
