You should have it so you get an infinite supply of Bombs, but you can only have a set number out at a time and they drop at your feet when used.

Also, try using a BL folder with nothing but this add-on in it to see if the problem is a conflicting add-on.

If it is a conflicting add-on, please give me a screenshot of your add-ons folder or something, that way I can test it myself in the same conditions as you.

If you are able to isolate which add-on it is, even better.
