I don't think Demoman sucks, but I'm not very good as him, personally. Sometimes I am, but often not. Pretty much whenever somebody is running right at me I'll die. My only complaint is the grenade launcher's ammo count. I hate having to reload so often, which can admittedly be a problem with the Soldier too, but I like him a lot more.
