I don't quite think you're capable of building one.  I don't look into pre-builts that often, but I can try to find you one.  Another option is just to search through off topic.  A lot of people have been buying computers lately.

major lag in arena and when fighting more than 2 enemies.
and big lag every 45 steps i take when in the forest.
