GMOD help

I just bought GMOD last weekend and haven't really sat down to play it until now. In single player I saved a creation so I could finish it later. Upon trying to edit it in any way I got this error thing:


Is this supposed to happen?

I get that.
it doesnt do anything

It tired to do something and screwed up. Unless your game freezes or something stops working i just ignore those.
