I get mine in the neck, or jaw when I yawn too wide, but whats a nexk D:

I get these weird foot cramp things that happen if I put my foot in the wrong positon at all. Its like pinches a nerve or soemthing, I don't get it but it hurts like hell for at least two hours afterwards. It most comonly happens when I go swimming and sometimes when I am playing videogames. :/
I get cramps in the bottom of my foot if I curl my toes too hard or land weird after a fall. Only in my right foot though.

Yeah, same Im afraid of doing that now :c

fun fact: swimming after eating does not give you cramp

Yeah, it hurt like hell, but I don't know how I can handle two in the same time D:
It's actually quite easy. Just scream until the pain goes away, your head pops off, or all the windowes in a ten mile radius are broken.

Ugh, I hate that feeling.

wtf
my butt cheeks hurt
the outside of them
and part of my right thigh

(and dont you make any homo jokes)

Most people I know get them after swimming, or running more than your leg muscles can handle.
But it wasn't my leg, it's the bottom of my foot.

 Do your toes curl up?

I think I know why. :cookieMonster:

I think this is knots in the muscle, my gym teacher has these foam rollers that you lay on top of with different parts of your body and roll slowly over till you feel a sharp pain, hold and roll back a forth for a few seconds

Hurts like hell for about 10-30sec but after its totally loose and feels awesome

I dont remember the good feeling.

There are hand and feet cramps I get. The feet cramps are only outside for some reason, like if i am on a swing and then get off my foot will feel like its folding in half longways. And sometimes when i play the piano with my hand too elevated my hand gets a quick sharp pain.
