Yes, but not as rifle spec.

Builder is really not good when it comes down to it. It seems good because it has so many perks, but when it comes down to it you don't use them. I personally prefer Destroyer.

The best class in my opinion is sniper, and melee hybrid.

My bullets don't do much damage, I need silver bullets if I want to complete the quest like that.
Maybe I could do mining/smithing and craft them myself instead of paying the overpriced wage in the general store.

at level 42 you get the ability to macro or import any loving build you want
