REMEMBER TO WATCH THIS stuff IN HD.

New Caledonian Crested Gecko, Tetra: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WDhww_YQcUg
The Backstory:
Erm, I basically got Tetra as a birthday present, two years ago. She eats T-REX CDG.

American Robin - Nest and Younglings: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zAxXrtRqO8Q
Backstory:
Well basically, a Robin family built a nest at the side of my house, so I filmed it. One of the babies got eaten by a crow a few months later, though. The rest of the family escaped (Two babies and the mother and father).

Eastern Cottontail Rabbit - Juvenile: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wPmimHpHCTY
Backstory:
Found him on the way home from shooting high-speed stuff. He stayed on the path so we could film him, then two morons with dogs showed up and scared him off. :(

Great Blue Heron: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HRQ2w7Mv2bM
Backstory:
He's always in our pond, creeping around and eating frogs. One day I decided to film him, being a creepy heron he is.

Camera: Canon VIXIA HV30 (24 FPS in 1080i)

I'm addicted to it :D

Double toast, I'm actually quite surprised with the HV30's quality, it's incredibly small but has the quality of Discovery Channel.

Looks like he will be the new star on the discovery channel.

$1100 CAD. We got it for dirt cheap, though, since it was a brand-new shipped floor model at the store.

I just got back from tobogganogganogganing, and I found my old tape with three things: BUNNY WABBIT, Great blue heron, and Robin babaes.
