It was pretty obvious to me after "when i make a game how do i insert more cars" what his question was. And true, maybe he over-reacted, but it was you treating him like a total moron that caused it. Even if he is a moron, you could have at least asked him to explain a little better rather than going off of your first interpretation and waiting until he got angry to ask him to be more clear.
