BioShock for Mac? The F?

I was getting the demo for Braid (A pretty good game), when I came across this in the "Demos" section.
For those of you who don't understand, it's BioShock on the Mac. I'm not sure how accurate it is to the original, but if it's an official port (as in not a Cider Port), it should be good. I might try it soon, but it's a pretty big file, and I don't have much room left on my HDD.
