You get them from your job advancement. If your a Blaze Wizard, once you hit level 10, go talk to the Blaze Wizard Job instuctor. She is on the training island. If you already are a Blaze Wizard, you should have your SP skills, you probably didn't put anything on them. I would suggest looking at a guide on character builds for them, it might help you.

It has nothing to do with guides, it's common sense to do the job advancement as soon as possible.

Also - Cygnus Knights are gay, Broa is gay, and guides are gay.

You were level 15 but, you were still a noobless or w/e.
You get 3 SP every level.
5 levels above 10 is 15.
5x3 is 15.
15 is the level you were.
For those five levels, you missed out on SP.

5 levels above 10 is 15.

15 is the level you were.
