Works pretty well, I like it. It looks kinda cool and at the same time is pretty accurate.

(make sure you rename it crossHair)

I'm sure it's possible to change aspects of the UI if there's an onItemSet function or something.

It's ok.  I think I would do some editing to it, personally, before downloading.
Mainly to get rid of the white outline.
