I don't know why a bunch of my online friends want a net book.
They claim it can allow them to play games on the run.
Which is false, net books are weak, and are meant for word processing and casual web browsing.
IE: School work.

It should run Blockland fine since it isn't a very demanding game.

With my old computer, 512mb ram, I got 5 fps in Bedroom with a full build loaded (Such as Kaje's Castle or Bluplo) as for AMC City or Beta City, my game would lock up and crash.

I think they mean the processor and/or graphics.
But yours might be able to play Half-Life 1. :P
