There would be the standard TDM modes (TDM, Siege, CTF, etc) but instead of respawning, they go into a "downed" mode. This basically means that they are "dead" but can be revived.  Putting all enemy players in this downed mode would win the round. To revive a player, another player would have to click on the downed player 20 times to revive them. Players can only be revived 3 times, after that, they die and don't respawn.

Should be able to set the amount of times to be clicked and how many times you can be revived.

Good idea. I kinda just threw numbers on there for a general idea.

I'm pretty sure the "Downed" motion only goes good in Left 4 block.

And you would know this how?

This would be a great addition to Blockland, adding a bit of a twist to regular gamemodes. Instead of just rushing the other team with countless respawning players, you'd actually have to be careful and plan out a strategy for taking out the other team.

- Hold Mouse not 20 clicks

what about turning this into one of those games where you have to get everybody downed before you win? and have it hold the mouse for a good while to revive somebody, and be downed for any number of times

Player shound't be downed if they exploded to death. Ie. direct hit from a rocket, being in a vehicle when it exploded, etc. Also falling great heights wouldn't leave you downed.

That was exactly my idea.

This could go in additional rules.

Also, if anyone has played SOCOM: FTB 2, they'd know exactly what I'm talking about.

Ok then, so if hold is possible, we should do that.

A small default would be good then.

I think that every player should have some items named revival kit and when they use them to revive the player it then dissapears from your inventory and revives the chosen player.
