I'm not getting it simply because all of the big RPG games are basing them selves off Wow.

Riot, Frontrox, you two have no idea what you're talking about.
This game is not like WoW in so many ways. It's singleplayer and has a very different combat system, for example.

No, I mean the art, and decal style is like Wow.

This monster sure doesn't look like an Ork from Wow.

You can stop taking steaming dumps on topics that relate to any RPGs and automatically assume they are WoW ripoffs now. Thanks.

The game actually ripped off a game called Mythos that shut down when Hellgate:London shut down, it has the same graphics and is the same game concept.

Mythos

Torchlight

Only Mythos was free and online so it was way more bad ass.

Actually, you're all wrong.

The people who worked on this game also used to work on blizzard's diablo and diablo 2.
Which came far before Mythos.
No stuff it looks like wow. The people who worked with blizzard are on this.

This game is very similar to diablo 1 and 2 and is far better as well. IMO

;3

Buy it.

But it looks nothing like Diablo or Diablo 2, so you are wrong. Also Mythos not only had the same exact graphics, it also had only 3 classes with 3 talent trees per classes, and it had the exact same socket system for items. It also had those random dungeon maps you buy off merchant to go to, as well as many other things. And Mythos was also ex-blizzard employees and I think some of them were on the Torchlight team.
