I honestly never thought I would see that done without getting tons of lag.

I have a save of the old detailed city build with that many bricks, and my computer can barley load the whole thing without the game crashing.

I covered the Bedroom floor in ~33k lattice bricks, all colored with a randomly selected transparent color from the default color set. Not many people could look at it safely; I'd like to see someone try 128k of them.

I did two layers (256x250) of randomly colored, transparent, lattice bricks. I used the admin orb to slowly move towards it, to see how much I could render before crashing. The picture shows two of the four corners, so I had quite a lot, but the graphics screwed up big time.





My RTB IRC client also timed out. I'm going to say attempt failed.
