I need a specific Sourcemod plugin

I'm not sure what it's called, but I need a plugin that automatically invites people to a group when they visit the server, if it exists. I think I've seen it in action on AO servers.

This sounds like the makings of a person who thinks size of group = size of snake. And he will go to ANY length to make his peepee big

I tried some Googling myself, and I found posts that said Valve fixed this "exploit". It's also heavily frowned upon, and even a group was shut down because of it. You'd probably be better off having !join or something show the group's page in the MOTD.
