Completely delting games from your Steam list?

I have a few games that I want to get rid of out of my games list. Namely a few mods that I didn't really like, deleted the local content, and now they're just sitting there, with no content on my HDD but just sitting there taking up space and pissing me off. Is there any way to delete it completely from my Steam games list?

Remove the folder of the mod or game.

If you mean a game, not mod you bought from steam it moves it to the uninstalled section
