Whats the most violent video game you know.

Wolfenstein (2009). I shot a guy in the throat and he started spewing blood and choking on it. Pretty much every gun can shoot limbs off people, or Left 4 Dead 2. If you cut them in half, their intestines spill out, and there's blood EVERYWHERE.

Saints Row 2 for the mere fact that you can chainsaw random innocent civilians. There's no gore, but still.
OR MAYBE
The Darkness. The entire end sequence is a huge slaughter fest.

Seriously. IMO, Dead Space needed more blood.

It needed to be more scary. There were some jump parts, and a lot of it was creepy, but there wasn't much build-up, and the enemies become gradually less-scary and more and more irritating (SCREAMING WALL TENTACLE MONSTER AND I'M OUT OF AMMO AGAIN FUUUU). I loved it though, I got it for Christmas and beat it in 3 days. It reminded me of Metroid Prime. Fantastic game.
