Author Topic: Claymore  (Read 1658 times)

It would be funny if someone fell though a fakekill brick and land on a the claymore below

It's overrated as hell, the first MW was better, and CoD2 was the best CoD game.
Yeh it is quite over rated but its still good

It would keep snipers in blockland safe. That is, Until like 10 people invade the building.

Do you mean overrated by being M and not T? it does have the "F" word at the end and the "Sh" word is said commenly

No, he means the hype was more than necessary, basically.
It wasn't as good as everybody thought it'd be.

And stuff isn't really that bad, honestly.  forget is fairly bad, but not so much that it'd be rated M.  M is for the war and blood and stuff.

when i saw the topic title that one demoman clip instantly played in my head

"THERE CAN ONLY BE ONEEEEEEEE!"

then i realized you were referring to the mine. god-loving-damn.

i'm not even sure how possible this is without using playertypes to get around everything... again

I prefer the Targe, really. Although decapitating people is fun.

well cant we make one where you detonate from a controler?

No, actually, the claymore will only go off if someone gets close to the front of it. (There are two little lasers that signify this.)
In the video games that's what the claymore does, but in real life there is a wire that the controller unrolls and at the end is a switch for the claymore...it's a remote explosive.

Isn't that plastic explosive?  The remote-detonated C4, I believe.

Its a remote explosive

The claymore itself is just a payload, you can add whatever the hell detonation method you like whether it be IR lasers, tripwire, pressure plate or whatever.

So you throw it like a airstrike beacon, and then you auto get the controller, run for dear life, left-click then boom?

Me likes the idea.

There is a landmine item, i don't have the link though
