I made a safe house on a hill....what should i do with it??

Ok, I decided that what Im making is going to be a zombie DM. I have a hill with the safe house where you start out at, and a 1/4 of the way safe house.  There will be multiple levels.  The first level will be out doors, but I need some ideas on what to put out there.  The second level will be indoors, in some building, but I dont know what will be in the building thing.  the 3 level will be in a city, but you start out in a parking garage.  then the 4th level will be A train station.
