It has the the ability to fire semi-automatically a bundle of three chemical grenades containing a deadly payload, and poisonous gas containment inside of the warheads (or whatever the hell you call it). If you do not have anymore grenades, there is a feature on the weapon that makes it fire 5.56 rounds as well.
