Pistol grips are hard for me to use.

Those are hunting versions, saying most .223s don't have pistol grips is handicapped seeing as the most iconic gun chambered for .223 has a pistol grip.

.223 is only good for hunting small game anyways. You can't hunt deer with .223.

That's only if you get a good shot, a shot to center mass usually won't kill a deer instantly, the forget are you smoking.
