Looks like a good movie. Basically almost the entire population of Earth are vampires and they farm the remaining humans for blood. They're running out of blood and only have enough to support the population for one more month. When the vampires don't get blood, they turn into sickly looking bat monster things. And a group of surviving humans have rebelled against the vampires.
