I think that the core game is rated E10+ for violence and comic mischief. For the online interactions like player-made mods and add-ons, I think they should be rated teen to mature for mild to intence violence, blood and or gore, and crude to adult humor.

But I do think it is rated E10+.

I believe Shadow the Hedgehog has slight swearing and was rated E 10+.
Even more, the spraycan has it censored.

He just said damn and hell.  forget gets an M rating, but censoring it is fine.

Blockland is pretty well online based. So unrated can be considered the official rating.
