Video quality is alright and so is framerate, not amazing but alright.
Imo, editing in Premier Pro CS4 gives greater results.

On my laptop, I get wonderful FPS while using Fraps. On my computer, it's terrible? My computer is 10 times faster then my laptop..

That was amazing! I used Fraps for my recent video. The framerate only SEEMS bad at first. But when I published it in Windows movie maker, it was fine.
