It only adds the island, a few items, some NPCs and other stuff but it's all broken unless you get mods that only fix A bit of stuff.

We have these kids worse than Roblox kids bashing every single F1-F2 video, Bethesda made F3 in real time and with some cool stuff, i know, but they got rid of the freeroam that the originals had, F3 freeroam is nothing compared to F1-F2.
