If anyone can break it, then you have destructive interaction between people out of a minigame, and people in it. Static shapes don't ever move, either. The idea is you drop it for cover at a long distance.

Most Riot shields are made from bullet proof glass. So no, it wouldn't brake.

From what I've seen they're a mixture of polyurethane(The stuff that those really toygh snowboards are made of) plastic, safety glass and a thin layer of Kevlar.

Pandan, make an edit of your riot shield. When you touch it, you get burned, and when you drop it, it becomes a flaming doorblocker, burning whoever touches it. Prob'ly disappear after 10 seconds or so.
