That wasn't a "dumbass question". The OP just suggested a charger zombie and didn't even explain what a charger zombie is. What if he's never played or heard about Left 4 Dead 2? Is she a dumbass because she didn't know what it was?
I actually almost asked what it is myself, to prove this point. And you weren't so helpful yourself, that picture only shows what it looks like, and does not explain what it is. I will now explain myself to avoid being a hypocrite.
A zombie charger is one of the different zombie types from Valve's Left 4 Dead 2 that charges at players, grabs them, and starts slamming them against the ground.
