It all started when a girl computer and a boy computer loved eachother very much.

Not sure when it was exactly born

I came in when v_002 was out
then a week after I got the blockland mods 1.2 for it
Of course, there was no brick saving at the time. that wasn't until a little while later...

I hate it when people answer a question that has been already answered. Are they trying to up there post count or something?

about 2 years after mommy lego and daddy internet first met

I still have BLM, RTB V1.045, and Zombase, PM me for the links.
EDIT: And V0002.

I still have a 1-2 gb folder of old blockland installs. I even have a 30 minute demo recording from my server in rtb 1.02 ( .02?) The demo is from what I consider the best server I ever hosted, which is at least 3 years ago.

Complete Avatar Custimization (every part a different color, etc)
Players spawn with hammer and spray can
More inventory slots
Jet pack particle effect
Death effect
Manual brick limit setting
Stop bricks from being placed inside environment geomertry
Require player to be at least somewhat near the bricks they are placing
Improve jetpack force
Optimize the bricks a little
Limit number of bricks a player can place in one second (just enough to stop server crashing scripts)
Ability to change the map through admin menu
I find it so awesome how those were like the main goals for retail's release and they were all acheived.

It all started when a girl computer and a boy computer loved eachother very much.
Than the boy computer stuck his hard drive in the girl computers USB port
It doesnt make sense, I know

The earliest version I remember is V1.03 and that was early version of retail.

Also it had no physics or events. And add-ons that were in a .zip or .rar had to be opened and extracted to multiple places. :O
Remember the maps folder?

All your problems will be solved.

Do you still have AiO-r?

Blockland first released somewhere around 2003-2004. I know TBM was started around May 2004 and in that time blockland wasn't 'New' or so. Around late 2004 RTB and or V1.6 came out and in 2005 RTB 1.032 or 1.045 came out. By 2006 everyone was on RTB and in early 2007 badspot was trying to get everyone over hyped over retail and when it released in a few days Half of RTB was gone. By 2008 everyone followed badspot to retail. The old players such as myself, Maximus, and a lot others stayed with RTB and some played Retail as well.

By 2009, RTB is very dead. Vanilla is completely gone. TBM well, it still has idiots on there.

By 2010, early 2010, Blockland was really popular.

Anyone want to tell me what blockland will be like in 2020?

EDIT: Oh jeez, someone already explained...
