Yeah but that was an older game, they used to be more lenient. Now, M doesn't stand for "mature", it stands for "good".

As it may be similar if I were to make a game would not try to combine other games and give it another title and expect to make money. Make something new

Thats acually smart, one part of the audience will want MW2, and one will prefer BC2.
