Author Topic: Selling My Computer  (Read 3356 times)

Speaking of selling computers, I was thinking of selling my Gateway M675PRR laptop soon.

Model: Gateway M675PRR
Processor: Intel Pentium 4 with HyperThreading 3.2 GHz (Desktop CPU)
OS: Dual-booted with Ubuntu Linux and Windows XP
RAM: 1 GB DDR
GPU: ATi Mobility Radeon 9700 - 64 MB VRAM (does share memory to get more)
Screen: 1440x900 17"
Includes: Two chargers, two batteries (both hold a 50% charge) and a carrying case.

What would a good starting price be?
Sound like my new Gateway I got for christmas :/

If I were looking to buy this I would pay >150$, but if you plan to sell it on here, pweaze make your own topic. :3

Tokerovin, you're a dirty liar.
1. I'm clean.
2. It can, and it does. Remember, it has some shared RAM boosting it up to 1394MB. Read the description before you become a hater. :)

2.5. Nobody is buying this computer to play Crysis. That would be silly.

Because video ram helps performance so much.

Yeah Rex is right.  You will be cheating the poor 12 year old who wants to run TF2.

I wouldn't care if he wasn't trying to sell the thing with false advertising.

If someone who actually wants to buy it would appreciate me making a video proving that TF2 runs wonderfully, I would be more than happy to. Keyword: Person who actually wants to but it.

That's because it can't.

I want to buy it.  My current PC is worse.  But if it can't run those games then no way.

Processor: AMD Sempron 2300 Dual Core

It's funny for two reasons.

1. It sucks.
2. You didn't even bother to give the clock speed.

Inv3rted: Go away. 2300 = 2300Mhz = Clock speed, douche.

Also, just made a vid of TF2 running flawlessly, even with Fraps going. Uploading to Youtube now.

Here is a snippet from my Diagnostics:

So there you go, Dual-Core, 2.3GHz per core.
Video will be on YouTube shortly.
BTW, anyone know why imageshack is failing to upload my pics repeatedly?
